About Me
Monce believes in working with serious entrepreneurs and business leaders to bring about fast paced change. Having worked with Infosys Technologies Ltd, The India Sponsor Foundation and the Indian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (IVCA); he is the Founder and Managing Director at THEV Consulting.
An out-of-the-box thinker who loves to ideate, and make processes faster and more efficient; his specialties include Marketing, Branding, Strategy, Building Innovation Capability, Thought leadership, Organization effectiveness and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); all with a clear focus on results. Backgrounds for the entrepreneurs and business leaders consulted range from Harvard, UPenn, Columbia, Cambridge, IIMs, IITs, RECs, McKinsey etc to non-profit founders and top level management.
Along with his professional commitments, Monce is a contributing editor at Chinnovate.com, heads the Facebook Project at Tamana and also serves as a Panelist on Whiteboard India.
Monce holds a Bachelors Degree (First Class with Distinction) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University.
